Summertime calls for strawberries every day!
1 small banana
½ cup fresh or frozen sliced strawberries
1 cup (or enough to cover the fruit) of non-dairy milk
1 scoop NutriTots Children’s Protein Powder
Optional: 1 teaspoon of ground flax seeds
- Add ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth. If necessary, stop and scrape down the sides of the blender and add more liquid if needed.
- Pour into a child safe cup and serve immediately.
