Vanilla Blueberry Smoothie
This is our go-to smoothie during the winter months, as berries brighten up the dark, cold days.
Vanilla Blueberry Smoothie
1 small banana
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup (or enough to cover the fruit) of vanilla or plain non-dairy milk
1 scoop NutriTots Children’s Protein Powder
Instructions:
- Add ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth. If necessary, stop and scrape down the sides of the blender and add more liquid if needed.
- Pour into a child safe cup and serve immediately.
